Road Test – Katsuma Moshi Trunki

Posted on October 10, 2013

We love the whole Trunki range and the philosophy behind it. They are all for helping to make travelling fun for children and parents and they are very successful at it.

So we were really happy to road test one of their latest designs, the Katsuma Moshi Trunki.

There are a number of aspects to Trunki which we love –

– They are super sturdy

They really are child-proof and really tough. They come in a very strong plastic and can survive little knocks and bumps. This is a really quality product. They’re quite a simple design, easy to clean and really practical for children. The thing we’ve always loved about Trunkis is that they’re designed for kids, so everything works for little hands and they are something they will love and look after,

– They have a very cool design

Colourful and nice to look at – children and adults will love Trunkis. Our Katsuma Moshi is a big hit in the Globalmouse house. Moshi Monsters are a great design to have on our Trunki, and it’s something our children love telling their friends about.  There are also lots of others to choose from – ladybird, Gruffalo, princess carriage. There is something for everyone.

– They are more than just a suitcase

We love that our children can sit on it and be pulled along – it really helps little tired legs and can really speed up long walks at the airport. They are the perfect size to be carried or pulled by small children themselves but you can quickly pick them up using the top handles, or pull them along with the long strap. The Trunki itself is lightweight and there’s clearly lots of thought been put into the design.

Trunkis are obviously bright and fun but they also work on a practical level. They have a really good amount of space inside for clothes and toys, with an elastic belt to hold everything in place. And they are approved cabin bag size so no need to check them in.

Trunkis work on so many levels. Find out more at the Trunki website.

We were pleased to receive a Katsuma Moshi Trunki for the purpose of this review, but the opinions expressed are my own.
