UK Day Trip – Peppa Pig World / Paulton Park

Our home is full of Peppa Pig fans! It’s always a favourite when it comes to a programme before bedtime and even our 2 year old keeps asking to watch “Pig, please” and would watch it all day if he had his way! So when we heard about Peppa Pig World, based in Paultons Park we jumped at the opportunity to go and check it out.

The park has such a lovely feel – there is Peppa Pig music playing all over the place and the voices from the characters too.

There are a huge selection of rides and what’s brilliant is most have no age limit so your smallest child can ride – with a parent of course!

Ours loved riding the cars around a mini Peppa Pig town-

Food is really well priced at the park and there are plenty of areas to eat your own too.

There are also lots of opportunities to meet the characters – Peppa and George appear on the balconies often and other characters such a Zoe Zebra, can often be seen wandering around.

The shop contains an amazing array of Peppa Pig goodies – many of which are exclusive to the park and some of which you can still buy from their online shop (click here to have a look). Our 2 year old came home with his favourite he picked out.

What’s great is for bigger kids you can wander into the rest of Paulton Park where they have entertainers –

a wonderful 4D cinema

and you can even pan for gold!!

The draw for all of us was always going to be Peppa Pig World though. We spent about three quarters of the time there and it just had a wonderful, slightly nostalgic atmosphere – it’s a real dreamland for small children.
